As attention turned to the Ethereum Foundation’s financial practices, Vitalik Buterin disclosed his annual salary and hinted at an upcoming report detailing the organization’s activities.
Vitalik Buterin announced on X that he earns approximately $139,000 per year as a member of the Ethereum Foundation. Despite holding a substantial amount of ETH, which brought his net worth close to $1 billion as of June 2024, the Ethereum co-founder has not sold any Ether for personal profit since around 2018.
