American Singer’s 300,000 USD Ethereum Investment Grows To Over 1.3 Million USD in Four Months

Gene Klein, an American entrepreneur and renowned singer, professionally called Gene Simmons, has lately divulged to the digital asset community that he bought three hundred thousand USD worth of ETH 4 months back through Gemini cryptocurrency exchange.

Simmons, prevalently recognized for being the front man of the band dubbed “Kiss”, also divulged that the acquisition was made unpretentious by Winklevoss twins, the co-founders of Gemini crypto exchange, Winklevoss brothers.

The famous singer divulged his enormous investment in ETH through a viral tweet on 13th February, this month.

Simmons mentioned,

“About 4 months ago, I bought $300k of Ethereum Ethereum through Gemini and Tyler/Cameron Winklevoss. Thought you’d like to know.”

As per Gene Simmons, he purchased the three hundred-thousand-dollar worth of ETH 4 months back, which makes the concrete date of the acquisition conceivably 13th October 2020. Back then, ETH was trading just under 400 USD.

So, Simmon’s original acquisition is now valued at over 1.3 Million USD with the likelihood to keep swelling towards higher highs, bearing in mind the present bullish moment of ETH, the 2nd largest digital asset by market capitalization.

At press time, ETH is changing hands at around 1756 USD per coin, signifying that his investment four months back has increased by over 4.59 times.
